When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely as a hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We do not store your Google password.
When you use LineupDeck, we store the data you provide: team details, player names, email addresses, phone numbers, game schedules, attendance responses, and lineup configurations.

- To operate and provide the LineupDeck service
- To send game notifications and attendance reminders to players via email
- To authenticate your identity and maintain your session

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:
- With team managers and players within your teams, as necessary for the service to function
- When required by law or to protect our rights

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

You may request to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account will remove your personal data from our systems.
