5. Player Data and Email

As a team manager, you are responsible for having appropriate consent from players before adding their email addresses and sending them notifications through LineupDeck.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into LineupDeck. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export or delete your data at any time.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

LineupDeck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
